Argentinian night
Tempus Alba's motto is: “We are what we do”. Five generations of the Biondolillo family work in this winery, which really means something familiar. The father directs the Malbec cloning program, Mariano runs the machinery part of the winery and Leo is responsible for the sales sector. They are all adorable people and transmit their essence to visitors who get to know this beautiful place. It is a boutique winery, which produces limited quantities of high-end wines.
We will make an exclusive guided tour of the winery with the help of a family member, where we will learn the secrets behind their delicious wines. Finishing this first experience, we will be able to contemplate the fires where our special dish will be cooked: Argentine barbecue. Accompanied by VERO wines, the winery's high-end line will be the perfect combination for our dinner. Meanwhile, we will enjoy a spectacular live tango show with three musicians and a couple of dancers. It includes changing costumes, visitor participation and a small class.
In this way we will be able to soak up the Argentine culture in an exclusive way, combining its outstanding gastronomy with its music and dance, of great prestige and world recognition, and declared an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 2009.
