Sailing gourmet

Visit to a renowned winery and a nautical excursion available all year round at the foot of the Andes at the famous Potrerillos Dam, which has one of the most beautiful landscapes in the entire province.

We will leave the city of Mendoza heading west on route No. 7, the same that connects the city with the neighboring country. During the tour, we will see many well-known wineries and beautiful landscapes full of stories.

We will stop at the Terrazas de los Andes winery, belonging to the recognized group of world-renowned luxury brands such as LVMH, who decided, in 1999, to found this winery in the heart of the wine-growing area of Mendoza, in an old restored Spanish-style winery that belonged since 1898 to Sotero Arizu, one of the forerunners of Argentina's wine production. We will make a guided tour and tasting paired with a cheese board. Glamor and local flavor are the duo that defines their proposal. The property is surrounded by a thick grove that offers its visitors to enjoy even more the nature and calm typical of the region.

After approximately forty minutes we will arrive at the Gran Hotel Potrerillos. In an exclusive sector of this hotel in the middle of the mountains, we will board our 24-foot sailboat. We will start the activity with a technical conversation about navigation, safety on board and a summary of the landscape that we will contemplate around us. Visiting various areas of Lake Potrerillos, we will make a stop in the most pleasant place to taste wines accompanied by typical Argentine appetizers that harmonize very well with them for this perfect day.

After an additional time of walking, we will return to the Hotel Potrerillos to return later to the city of Mendoza.
