February 15 – MENDOZA – THE BEST OF THE UCO VALLEY

If you are a wine and food lover, you cannot miss this incredible tour that will take you to three must-see places in the Uco Valley, in Mendoza. 
You will visit and taste the wines of two internationally renowned wineries: Alfa Crux and Zuccardi Piedra Infinita. And to top it all off, you will have lunch at the Siete Fuegos restaurant, run by renowned chef Francis Mallmann, which offers a unique fire cooking experience. 
The first stop is at the Alfa Crux winery, an architectural masterpiece that stands out for its futuristic and modern design. There you will learn about the process of making Alfa Crux wines, which express the elegance, style, and character of the El Cepillo terroir. You will taste four premium wines, accompanied by regional cheeses and cold cuts. The second stop is at the Zuccardi Piedra Infinita winery, located in Paraje Altamira, at the foot of the majestic Andes Mountains. 
You will take a guided tour of the winery, which combines architecture, culture, art, and contemplation, and you will taste four wines from the Piedra Infinita line, which reflect the purity and minerality of the stony soil. 
The third and final stop is at the Siete Fuegos restaurant, owned by famous chef Francis Mallmann, who offers cuisine based on seven different techniques of cooking with fire. You will enjoy a four-course menu paired with selected wines. You will taste typical Argentine dishes such as goat roasted in a clay oven, tortita mendocina, and grilled chuletón.

February 16 – MENDOZA – OLIVE OIL, CHEESE, AND WINE

On this tour, we will explore the best Mendoza has to offer: wines and olive oils. 
We will visit one of the two regions near the city. Maipú is home to some of Mendoza's oldest and most traditional wineries and buildings, and we will be able to see up close the work of renowned olive oil and wine producers, as well as a regional producer of typical Argentine dulce de leche who also makes a variety of homemade cheeses of unquestionable quality. Wine is a drink that can be paired with many products, but it can be agreed that nothing compares to bread with olive oil and/or a delicious cheese. On this tour, we will taste the best olive oil in Argentina, elected in 2016 and ranked in the top 10 in the world at the Laur olive farm. We will learn about the contrast between traditional and modern olive oil production methods. The tasting is a treat for the senses... you will be able to taste the different flavors and choose your favorites. 
After this beautiful visit, we will discover a hidden gem, Finca Minimal. It is a haven for wine and olive oil lovers. With meticulously tended vineyards and lush olive groves, this estate offers a unique sensory experience that you can enjoy with a tasting. Our last stop will be at the Zuccardi Family, a giant winery with over 180 hectares of vineyards and many winemaking rooms. Visitors will also be able to visit the art room where the tasting takes place, the shopping area, and the restaurants. Since they are also synonymous with olive oil, we will end the day with a delicious paired lunch and a brief visit to the winery.

The historic area of the winery is full of fascinating stories about its founding and evolution over the years. 
But the highlight of the day is the tasting of three wines from the reserve line. Your senses will be challenged as you explore the aromas, flavors, and textures of these exceptional wines. 
And here's the special touch: you'll have the chance to create your own blend! Mix different wines to find the perfect combination that suits your palate. 
Then, customize the label of your blend to make it truly unique. After this engaging activity, you'll enjoy a delicious lunch at Norton Winery's “La Vid Terraza” restaurant.
