The purpose of this tour is to focus on enjoying the contrast between modern wineries, equipped with the latest technology and the charm of traditional wineries, which still continue with the old ways of making their wines; highlighting that both modalities have internationally recognized and award-winning wines.

To begin our tour, we will visit Casa El Enemigo, inspired by a childhood literary work by Alejandro Vigil (current chief winemaker of Catena Zapata) that he shared with her grandfather. Simplicity abounds here, it is the temple where dreams for the future are kept. A day-to-day cultivator, Alejandro aims to share happiness in the comfort of his home that is located within the same building. After a short visit, we will delight in the magnificent wine tasting and, if we are lucky, we will meet the owner of this project.

Then we will visit Viña Cobos. The wines of this winery are the result of a shared dream inspired by the passion of Paul Hobbs, one of the world's most famous winemakers and two partners in a winery deeply rooted in European traditions. Cobos Malbec's inaugural vintage in 1999 received the highest score any Argentine wine had received after the release of Robert Parker's The Wine Advocate and Wine Spectator.

At the end of our tour, we will have lunch at the Susana Balbo winery (previously known as Dominio del Plata). Its renowned winemaker, Susana Balbo directs the entire process and is currently a symbol of innovation and wisdom in the Argentine wine sector. Lunch will be at the Osadía restaurant and consists of five steps combined with premium wines that are wonderful.
