Maipú Premium
Located at the east of the city, the Maipú region transports us to the past, since the first argentinian wines were developed here. Thanks to the continuity of its inhabitants and its privileged natural resources, Maipú is considered the first wine-growing area in Argentina and has already obtained international recognition for its high-end wines.
On this tour you can discover and enjoy the secrets of everything related to the terroir of the region considered the cradle of Argentine wine. The first visit will be at the Trivento winery. The name refers to the three winds that blow in the arid and sunny land of Mendoza, the Polar wind, the Zonda and the Southeast, which play a profoundly important role in winemaking. You will make a tour of the facilities, ending with a premium tasting in the art room.
We continue towards the Ave María Purísima winery, or simply AMP Cava, by the renowned winemaker Karim Mussi, which is located in a historical building dating from 1904. This company was born from the purchase of the Alandes winery in 2012. The Ave María Purísima experience aims to offer visitors a personalized tasting through the wide portfolio of available premium wines.
Finally we visited Casa El Enemigo, inspired by a literary work of Alejandro Vigil childhood, that he shared with his grandfather. Simplicity abounds here, it is the temple where dreams for the future are kept. A day-to-day cultivator, Alejandro aims to share happiness in the comfort of his home, which is located on the same premises. After a short visit, the three-step lunch will be served accompanied by delicious wines
