Wines & Distillery

In this walk through the Maipú region, considered the cradle of Argentine wine, we will understand that Mendoza has many other quality products that are worth knowing, understanding their manufacturing processes and obviously tasting each one of them.

We start the day at the Hilbing Franke distillery, where we will learn about the family history dating back to 1870, and the details of the entire production process of the most varied distillates that this place offers us. Depending on the time of year we visit, we can see the production in the foreground. After a walk through the facilities, we go to a comfortable air-conditioned room created especially for tastings, where we will experience the most delicious cocktails and shots with a specialized guide.

After this interesting tour, it is time to visit a winery that is among the four largest in Argentina. It is the Trapiche winery, where we can experience its new featured menu in the beautiful Espacio Trapiche restaurant, which has the signature and imprint of chef Lucas Bustos, where we can enjoy a five-course menu paired with the iconic wines of the cellar. This proposal has already won many international references. After lunch, the guided tour of the winery is optional.
