The Vines Experirence

Today we will visit some of them and enjoy their incredible award-winning wines. Leaving the hotel early in the morning towards Valle de Uco, we will come across a district called Chacayes, where The Vines of Mendoza is located. Our first visit will be to Sólo Contigo Wines, a winery owned by the Canadian couple Terry and Noel Neelands. Their story began in 2008 when Terry and Noel embarked on a trip to Argentina and fell in love with its wines and the lands of Valle de Uco in Mendoza. The following year, they fulfilled a dream when they acquired a property in Los Chacayes, Tunuyán. At this beautiful winery, we will have a guided tasting of their Primera Amane, Affaire, and Colección lines after getting to know their beautiful facilities.

Our tour continues at Bodega Corazón del Sol, winner of many awards, including the best Malbec of 2019. In 2008, Dr. Revana came to Argentina looking for new wines to add to his group of already famous Napa Valley wineries: Revana Family Vineyard and Alexana Winery in Oregon. With a great team of professionals at the helm, Corazón del Sol will offer us a tasting of their wonderful wines and we will learn much about their philosophy of producing high-quality wines that showcase the terroir characteristics in each of their varietals.

To conclude this incredible experience, we will have lunch at the 7 Fuegos restaurant. The internationally acclaimed chef Francis Mallmann creates inspiring regional dishes, among which Argentine meat stands out as globally renowned. We will accompany these dishes with the natural richness of seasonal local ingredients, coming from their gardens and the surrounding land, which naturally combine with exceptional wines made there. We will have a 3-course menu paired with wines at the foot of the Andes Mountains that will provide an unforgettable setting for this unique day.

In the afternoon, return to the hotel.
