One of the most important oases in Mendoza, which offers special characteristics in relation to the soil and the microclimate; sunny afternoons and cool nights, which provide the best conditions for wine development. 

The first winery we will visit will be Atamisque, which transmits a very special message in its motto: "Only stone transmits the soul of the earth". This is reflected in its structure, as it is covered in stone to merge with the natural landscape and the mountain range that crowns this magnificent setting. The farm was acquired in 2006 by the Frenchman John Du Monceau, who fell in love with the region and established the main objective of respect for nature, maintaining the name of Atamisque, a shrub that grows on the farm, and which was also inspired by other tree species such as Catalpa and Serbal to name the wines. After a visit, it is time to complete the experience with the delicious wine tasting.

Later, we will get to know the Sophenia winery, which owes its name to a blend of two names, Sophia and Eugenia, daughters of the winery's founders. Here the architectural majesty is the protagonist, along with the latest technology imported from France for the winemaking process. After a tour, we will travel through aromas and flavors that will enhance the wine tasting.

We headed to the La Azul boutique winery, which had humble beginnings as just a vineyard, soon planted vineyards and began selling grapes to other wineries in the region, today being a renowned winery in the Valley. All visitors who browse and taste their wines highlight the friendly climate and the personalized service provided by their hosts.
