El Calafate

DAY 01: ARRIVAL AT  EL CALAFATE

Arrival at the Calafate airport and transfer to the chosen hotel.

DAY 02: PERITO MORENO

We leave from the hotel and travel 80 km to the Perito Moreno Glacier, the only one in the world. During the journey, you will visit beautiful places in the Andean foothills, bordering the southern shore of Lake Argentino. We will arrive at Brazo Rico to enter Los Glaciares National Park. Bordering this lake, you will begin to see the icebergs floating on the water until finally we can appreciate in all its splendor this natural wonder, declared by the United Nations as a World Heritage. Stay in the place to visit the various routes that the footbridges make. Time for lunch. Return to El Calafate.

OPTIONAL: NAUTICAL SAFARI (COMPLEMENT OF PERITO MORENO)

Navigation of 1 hour through the Brazo Rico, to appreciate the south wall of the Perito Moreno Glacier. The boat approaches about 200 m from the place where the Glacier touches the Magallanes Peninsula and then runs along this wall, thus allowing you to enjoy the landslides, seracs, cracks and intense blues. Boarding takes place at the port located in the "Bajo de las Sombras" bay.

DAY 03: GOURMET GLACIERS EXPERIENCE

We leave in the morning to embark at the private port La Soledad. Navigating the Argentino Lake heading northwest, you will see the Escuadra Bay and Condoreras Wall, the Dry, Heim and Spegazzini Glaciers. Then we will disembark at Puesto de Las Vacas to walk together with specialized guides to an old settlement of settlers and where we will make a recognition of flora and fauna. Then we continue the navigation to have a panoramic view of the Upsala and Bertacchi Glaciers and have lunch on board. The navigation continues through the Canal de Los Témpanos towards the north wall of the Perito Moreno Glacier. The excursion will end around 5:00 p.m. arriving at Puerto La Soledad.

DAY 04: FREE DAY

Free day to enjoy the surroundings of the city.

DAY 05: DEPARTURE OF CALAFATE

Check out of the hotel and transfer to the Calafate airport.
