We will leave the hotel towards the Uco Valley to begin the tour at Corazón del Sol winery, which surprises with Malbec and Garnacha wines, capturing the best of the exclusive high altitude terroir of Argentina. Grown in the Uco Valley, the vineyards of this winery enjoy more than three hundred days of sunshine a year.

In 2008, Dr. Madaiah Revana traveled to Argentina seeking to add this company to his "family of wineries," which includes Revana Family Vineyard in Napa Valley and Alexana Winery in Willamette Valley, Oregon. Enchanted by the terroir of the Uco Valley, he was determined to find his next great property here in the incredible alluvial soils of the Andes. The 17 acres of vineyards are planted at the base of the Andes at 3,000 meters above sea level. The view is breathtaking, as the Andes are also responsible for the incredibly deep alluvial soils that define the essence of the property. Composed of rock and sand from the Andes mountains during millennia of erosion, these soils are extremely deep and well drained, providing wines of great complexity, power and delicacy. These elements of such importance that they grant the special characteristics of the wines, will be used to carry out an artistic activity: painting on stone. While parents train their senses by tasting delicious wines, the little ones will make fun drawings on stones from the region.

Later, it will be time for lunch in a typical restaurant of the region called El Paisano. In the middle of nature, with the perfect landscape of the Andes and the music of a stream that surrounds the property, we will be able to appreciate the best Argentine flavors, made with the products of the Uco Valley. Here the four elements stand out: the pure mountain air, the soil rich in nutrients for the production of wines, the meltwater that travels through the stream and the fire that cooks the most delicious meats in Mendoza.

Once lunch is over, we will have some free time to continue enjoying nature and finally return to the city.
