Discover Mendoza through its gastronomy! Eating like a local is an important aspect of getting the accurate look at a culture. What is perhaps even more gratifying than eating like a local is being able to understand the ingredients that were chosen to integrate the preparation of our traditional cuisine and having fun during the preparations with the whole family.

After visiting the Andeluna winery facilities, located in the Uco Valley, you will be able to learn how to prepare traditional recipes such as "empanadas" in the clay oven, meat and vegetables over an open fire with fresh chimichurri sauce, among other specialties that you will try during lunch, along with a selection of premium wines that complement each step. For minors there will be special menu options and surely a magnificent day that will remain in their memory.

After lunch, you will have free time to enjoy the beautiful gardens of the winery alongside the vineyards and the scenery of the mountains illuminated by the afternoon sun.

Later, we will return to the city of Mendoza.
