From Mendoza, the trip to Santiago is 365 km and is estimated to last six hours. This does not take into account traffic, photo stops, or waiting at customs. The path is very direct and easy to find, without a doubt an unforgettable full day excursion.
We leave the city of Mendoza as soon as possible; we recommend that it be at 7:00 a.m., after a hearty breakfast. To the west, we take route 7 to cross the Andes. We will have a list of amazing places along the way:
After our last stop, we will have another two and a half hours of travel until we reach the Chilean capital, with a landscape that is very different at each side of the mountain range.
