Colchagua Valley Weekend
Taste some of Chile's internationally renowned wines in this three-day package in the charming Colchagua Valley, exploring the vineyards, walking and horseback-riding, spending nights in luxurious accommodation and days full of wine-related activities.
Day 1: Horseback - riding and wine tasting in winery VIK
We will pick you up at your hotel in Santiago at around 8 am to begin your journey towards the beautiful Colchagua Wine Valley, home to some of the most famous names in Chilean wine. Our first stop in the Valley is the VIK winery, where we will enjoy a horseback tour through the vineyards.
Then, we will enjoy a memorable lunch accompanied by VIK wines along with a postcard view of its vineyard and the Millahue Valley. Here, your meal is prepared by the renowned Chilean chef Rodrigo Acuña Bravo, who seeks to highlight local products from the region, as well as wines from the winery.
After lunch, take some time to relax around the pool and enjoy other services offered at the winery before boarding an SUV to visit the winery. Your guides will share how your philosophy of precision viticulture is used in the grape fields and later in the wine production process itself. Your tasting will include VIK vintage varieties and three barrels: a Cabernet Sauvignon, Carménère and Syrah.
At the end of the day we will head towards the hotel to enjoy dinner and get a well-deserved rest.

DIA 2: Walking in Neyén Winery and visit to Lapostolle Winery
Today, we begin with a visit to the beautiful Neyén winery. These vineyards require minimal intervention, because the granitic and volcanic soils of the mountains, together with the clay-loam soils of the river, only allow natural drainage and all wine is produced following organic practices. Here we will enjoy a 2-hour morning walk through the vineyard, incredible natural landscapes, flora and fauna can be seen during our walk, then we will continue to the place where the barrels will be for a visit and wine tasting before enjoying a wine. delicious harmonized lunch.
After lunch, we will go to the Lapostolle winery to enjoy a short walk through the vineyards, a visit to its barrel room; where you will learn about the exclusive gravitational winemaking process of the famous Clos Apalta wine and begin your wine tasting.

Day 3: Return to Santiago
After breakfast, once again accompanied by this beautiful landscape, our transfer will take you back to Santiago.
