Desert Trekking

Another walk in Mendoza that takes us to a surreal environment in the Lavalle desert: Los Altos Limpios, a path surrounded by a unique landscape and vegetation.

100 kilometers from the city of Mendoza, we find a provincial nature reserve called "Telteca", which, although it is generally called a desert, is far from devoid of life. We like to call it "dry land lavallino" as its inhabitants say.

The government of the province of Mendoza in 1986 allocated more than 20,000 hectares for the formation of this magical reserve of hills, plains and plateaus, with an immense wealth of flora and fauna. Pumas, foxes, hares, crowned eagles, wild cats and much more constitute a place that, under a framework of dunes and carob forests, hides one of the best preserved natural resources in Mendoza.

During this circuit of approximately six hours, you will be accompanied by your certified mountain guide and also by a local guide who transmits with great love his knowledge of his natural and cultural environment.

Once the physical activity is over, we will enjoy a delicious picnic lunch in the middle of the dunes.
