This is a unique opportunity to visit some of the region’s finest organic wineries and meet the people behind them. Uco Valley, renowned for its high-altitude vineyards and cool climate, stands out for producing exceptional wines thanks to its distinctive terroir.
Our journey begins at SuperUco, where biodynamic farming and sustainable practices bring each vine to life. During the guided visit through the vineyards and winery, you’ll get a close look at the care and philosophy that inspire their entire production. Each sip celebrates the harmony between soil, climate, and expertise, offering a unique immersion into the biodynamic and sustainable essence of SuperUco.
We then continue to the elegant Piedra Negra winery, where a welcome glass awaits us on the charming terrace overlooking the majestic Andes Mountains. In an atmosphere of sophistication and history, we will explore the production rooms while tasting four carefully selected labels, and learn about the visionary path of François Lurton — a pioneer in the Los Chacayes Denomination of Origin and a key figure in the winemaking revolution of this region.
To crown this sensory journey, we visit the renowned Domaine Bousquet winery, an international benchmark in organic winemaking. At its Gaia Restaurant, we will enjoy a three-course wine-paired lunch, where every dish is meticulously crafted to highlight the elegance of their wines — icons of organic winemaking. More than just a meal, it’s an experience that blends sustainability, gastronomy, and sophistication in perfect harmony. After lunch, we will tour the winery and learn how its ecological practices foster biodiversity and ensure the longevity of the ecosystem, reaffirming Domaine Bousquet’s commitment to a greener, more conscious future.
