We will leave the hotel and head towards Maipú region, to begin the tour at Domaine St Diego winery where we will enjoy in a room surrounded by beautiful nature a premium tasting of oils and nuts, along with the wines produced in this small family business, which has vineyards in Lunlunta, Maipú.

We will continue our journey to the heart of Luján de Cuyo visiting a unique family business, Hacienda del Plata. This expresses a great idea of how a boutique wine is made. All the members of the family that work in the winery have a genuine style of being faithful to their roots, recovering the viticulture of past generations. We will do a tasting of its delicious wines accompanied by a regional cheese board.

Then, we will visit Viña Alicia, an establishment that combines the winemaking tradition of its creators with a privileged location to achieve collection wines. It produces three lines of wines, Paso de Piedra, Viña Alicia and Colección de Familia. Here we can enjoy a special guided tour, which ends with a wonderful tasting of empanadas combined with some of their wines.

At the end of our tour, we will have lunch at Susana Balbo winery (formerly known as Dominio del Plata). Its renowned winemaker, Susana Balbo directs the entire process and is currently a symbol of innovation and wisdom in the Argentine wine sector. Lunch will be at the Osadía restaurant and consists of a tapas combined with wonderful premium wines.
