Zuccardi World

This family business was founded in 1963 by the engineer Alberto Zuccardi. At that time, he began planting vineyards in Maipú, experimenting with an irrigation system of his own creation, inspired by a method used in California. The following generations were passionate about wine and stand out for its continuous growth. In September 2015, the prestigious magazine Decanter recognized José Alberto and Sebastián Zuccardi among the five most influential personalities in the world of Argentine wine. We will enjoy a visit and an special tasting at the Santa Julia winery (Família Zuccardi).

Then we will travel to the south of Mendoza for the new Zuccardi winery: Piedra Infinita; in the Uco Valley region. This winery is a tribute to the austere and solemn mountain that defines the climate and soils of the region. The construction "emerges" from the ground and truly "belongs" to it since it was built with natural elements, local limestone and concrete, where imposing stone walls and special vats protect the wines.

Through each of its wines, Zuccardi Piedra Infinita expresses the essence that gives rise to the best products ... the combination of climate, soil and altitude together with the hand of man. Its philosophy is to produce wines with identity, through the exploration of the different terroirs of the Uco Valley. Each line of wines represents a concept, a belief, a tribute and a faithful expression of the vineyard where the grape was born.

Piedra Infinita Cocina is a unique culinary experience. Through large windows, the landscape will be integrated with the scenery and will help the visitor to feel as if they were eating among the vineyards. Executive chef Matías Aldasoro, together with renowned Argentine chef Fernando Trocca, created a menu based on the use of regional products, all harmonized with Zuccardi wines.
