A special tour for those who appreciate sparkling wines, the production process and the tasting techniques.
A short distance from the city of Mendoza, is the Chandon winery, which shows the different methods of producing sparkling wines that can be made using the traditional method (champenoise) and those made in larger tanks (charmat). During the guided tour, it will be possible to observe both methods and also photograph part of the machinery that was used in the past to finalize the process of making this majestic drink. Through a full tasting, we will delight ourselves with bubbles of aroma and flavor, perfect for making a toast and choosing our favorite style according to the occasion.
We continue to the Rosell Boher lodge, which was founded as a family business in 1900 and continues with the tradition focused on high quality sparkling wines, although it also produces still wines. The owners pay a lot of attention to the initial product: grapes with fruity aromas, freshness and acidity.
In this place we will enjoy a delicious lunch paired with still and sparkling wines in the restaurant that won the GOLD award in the category of "Best winery restaurant in the world" from the Great Wine Capitals.
