Guided by specialists in the work of the land, you will be able to harvest and learn about this activity, so traditional and vital to the wine-making process. Many producers and vineyard owners harvest manually, which means a job opportunity for many workers and also a trademark that is directly related to the artisanal and the delicate.

After a complete tour of the vineyards, learning from the experts some specific terms that refer to the cultivation and irrigation systems, the veraison period before harvest and the types of pruning that were practiced on the plant, we prepare our hands for this adventure, the harvest will be done with gloves and special scissors. Among so much activity we will be able to taste the grape varieties, observing the colors, flavors and tannins that develop in the grape and will be reflected in the future wine.

This season of year is the ideal time to visit the wineries, since the operation is at its best. The full tanks, the workers who work in front of the tourists and the aroma of the wine that invades each production room ... A unique sensation!

Finally, we will enjoy a delicious lunch paired with wines, and then we will return to the city.
