Day 1 - Arrival to  Mendoza

Day 2: Blend experience in Tempus Alba

Today you will enjoy an experience based on interaction and entertainment. The activity is designed to play, experiment and discover the challenge of an oenologist: to create his own work of art, combining different varietals ... The motto of Tempus Alba is: ¨We are the ones we make¨.

Five generations of the Biondolillo family work at this excellent winery which really means a family affair. The father runs the Malbec cloning program, Mariano takes the machinery part of the winery and Leo is responsible for the sales sector. They are all lovely people and convey their essence to all visitors who come to the place. After a complete visit to the winery made by one of the family members or even by the same winemaker, we headed to the laboratory where the challenge will be carried out: the blend of five varieties of red grapes. Imagining to be a wine expert, you can learn many secrets that coexist around wine, as well as train everything that has to do with the sensory.

Later, you can enjoy a delicious lunch paired with Tempus Alba wines on the terrace, which undoubtedly has one of the best views in Mendoza!

Day 3: Catena World

On this tour you can discover and enjoy the secrets of everything related to Catena Zapata. Its wines, its history, its wineries, its passion for this fantastic drink called Wine. A day for total delight, a tour of the best Argentine wines, a family that took Argentine wines to the world!

Through ¨Mundo Catena¨ we will enter the history of the Catena Zapata family, tasting the wines of the "Angelica Zapata" line and going through its emblematic winery designed as a pyramid, we hope that this tour will never end. We propose to live this experience in small groups of no more than 10 people, composed of wine lovers who share the same interest in this fascinating drink.

We will also visit the Caro winery, a partnership between Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) and the Catena family. The excitement around this was quickly reflected in a special project: making a unique wine from the union of the two cultures (French and Argentine) and two vines (Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon).

Finally, we visited Casa El Enemigo, inspired by the childhood of Alejandro Vigil (main winemaker at Catena Zapata) with his grandfather. Here the simplicity of your chosen gift abounds as the temple where the dreams of the future are kept. A day-to-day cultivator, Alejandro aims to share the happiness that gives him "daily stuff" in the comfort of his home. "The idea is to follow the project closely at home," says Alejandro. After tasting, a four-course lunch paired with wines will be served at the winery's restaurant.

Day 4: Uco Valley 

We leave early from your hotel in the center towards the Uco Valley. Salentein is one of the most historic wineries in the valley with one of the largest production scales in Argentina. At the beginning of the visit we will see a video about the history of wine since the Egyptian civilization and then we will continue with the tour taking a walk to the winery in another building that has a cellar 12 meters deep, ensuring the habitat of its wines.

The tour lasts 1 hour and includes a visit to the art gallery, winery, cellar and tasting of 03 different types of wines.

We continue the journey to have lunch at one of the great stars that rise in the region: Bodega Andeluna. The winery is the perfect combination of excellent vineyards, history and romance. For generations Argentina has cultivated classic Old World varieties. Andeluna increases the potential of these strains in its impressive vineyards located at the foot of the Andes.

The winery was founded in 2003 by Ward Lay and Ricardo Reina Rutini, with the vision of being one of the main leaders in quality wines from Argentina. Day 5: Leaving Mendoza
