From vineyard to bottle

In a winery there are many processes that must be carried out, those responsible for each of them are highly professional, to spend a whole day in a w inery imitating them will be very fun. Depending on the number of people we will be divided into smaller groups so that everyone can carry out the activities.

With a glass of wine in a hand, we will begin with an introduction touring the facilities of the winery and knowing the processes that take place there. Our first task will be to taste an unfinished wine.

Next we will walk through the vineyards next to the Agronomist who will tell us about the techniques used and the processes that are carried out, we will enjoy tasting the grapes and we will prepare for our first "Challenge.... Harvest!!!”

We will use the appropriate scissors and we will have to fill the bins (boxes) delivered, in the shortest possible time so that in the next post the team starts to "Step on the Grape” this ancient way of obtaining the juice that will later be transformed into wine, using the techniques of our ancestors, is very interactive and fun.

We will have to collect that juice in bins to finish with the challenge, the fastest team and the best performer will be the winner!

To recover our strength we will enjoy a wonderful traditional lunch with the excellent wines of the Bodega.

After the well-deserved lunch, to finish with the work started, the next challenge will be "Winemaker for a day". Again in a group and with the assistance of a sommelier, we will taste di_erent varietals that will later be part of the composition of the "Blend" that each group will create and present to the jury, the group that presents the best wine, the most creative label and the best history of the chosen name will be the winner !!

After so many "Challenges" we will return to the hotel.
