Today, you will enjoy an experience based on interaction and entertainment. The activity is designed for playing, experimenting, and discovering the challenge of a winemaker: creating your own work of art by combining different grape varieties.

The motto of Tempus Alba is: 'We are what we do.' Five generations of the Biondolillo family work in this winery, which truly makes it a family affair. The father oversees the Malbec cloning program, Mariano handles the winery's machinery, and Leo is in charge of the sales department. They are all lovely people and convey their essence to the visitors who come to know this beautiful place.

After a comprehensive tour of the Tempus Alba winery, guided by one of the family members or even the winemaker himself, we head to the laboratory where the challenge will take place: blending five varieties of red grapes. Imagining being a wine expert, you will be able to learn many secrets that revolve around this magnificent beverage, as well as train your sensory development skills. 

Later, you can enjoy a delicious lunch paired with Tempus Alba wines on the winery's terrace, which boasts one of the best views in the region.
