Maipú & Luján Gourmet

This tour will be a source of knowledge about two of the outstanding regions in terms of terroir and wine making. Our first winery to visit will be Domaine St Diego, where we will enjoy a complete visit that begins with an explanation in the vineyards and ends with a Premium tasting in a room surrounded by beautiful nature. This small family business has vineyards in Lunlunta, Maipú. Its owner and winemaker Ángel Mendoza is considered the father of the mendocinean terroir.

The second site we will visit will be Casa Cayé, a recent project located in the heart of Vistalba, in Luján de Cuyo and belongs to the sommelier Tatiana Nessier. In this beautiful place, the offer of activities is wide, so today we will enjoy a sensory tasting of olive oils and wine to complete this unforgettable experience.

The last destination of our tour will be the Ruca Malen winery, which started in the late 90s, based on a dream shared by Jean Pierre Thibaud and Jacques Louis de Montalembert. At the end of the visit, we will be able to enjoy the incomparable gastronomy of chef Lucas Bustos, who offers a 7-step lunch paired with premium wines.
