This day was planned for lovers of culinary details, aromas, descriptors of olive oils and, of course, the drink that accompanies this wonderful moment, wine.
The person in charge of this project is called Tatiana Nessier, dedicated to the world of sommelierie and cooking. Casa Cayé is the home of his family and is located in one of the best wine regions of Mendoza. His family has years of experience in the production of extra virgin quality olive oils, and the outstanding production line is called Piuqué.
At Casa Cayé, visitors can appreciate different proposals to learn, without losing the main objective, which is fun and enjoyment for everyone. All tastings begin with a sensory game where the protagonist will be the sense of smell. Through Tatiana's indications, You will be able to understand the main descriptors and characteristics, both in olive oils and in wines. The objective is that through the products, tourists know the terroirs and the expressions of each variety.
The gourmet hour arrives for both the most experienced and beginners. During this activity, we will learn the secrets of the kitchen to complete simple and very tasty recipes and for the bravest the gourmet tips for preparing food and decorating dishes like a professional. It will certainly be a lot of fun to share this moment with your travel mates! Once everything is ready, the moment of delight arrives, since we will have lunch with what has been prepared with our own hands and harmonize this moment with delicious wines.
