The day begins at Finca Minimal, a peaceful estate where vineyards and olive groves coexist in harmony. A guided visit introduces its minimalist and sustainable philosophy, followed by a wine tasting that reflects the purity of the terroir.
Lunch is enjoyed at Pan & Oliva, the restaurant of the Zuccardi Family´s Santa Julia estate, featuring a wine-paired menu inspired by regional flavors, served in a warm yet elegant setting.
In the afternoon, the experience continues at Santa Julia Winery, a benchmark for innovation and sustainability, with a guided tour and tasting.
The journey concludes at the prestigious Laur Olive Oil Mill, where traditional and modern production methods are explored, ending with a guided tasting of premium olive oils.
