Near the town we will live a day in the life of a winemaker and explore the mysteries of wine!
Today you will enjoy an experience based on interaction and entertainment. The activity invites you to discover the joy of mixing and matching flavors. Through creating your own work of art, by combining different varietals, you will learn to love the challenge of being a winemaker.
Tempus Alba´s motto is: "We are what we do.” The Biondolillo family has run this outstanding bodega for five generations, and it really is a family affair. Aldo, the father, runs the Malbec cloning program, and his sons Mariano and Leo run the winery and are responsible for the sales, respectively. Lovely people producing lovely wines!
Start off with a guided tour of the winery with one of the members of the Biondolillo family or the winemaker and end up on the outstanding terrace. We then guide you in the challenge of blending five red varietals to make your own tailor-made blend. Enjoy stepping into the shoes of a winemaker for a day with the owners of the winery and along the way discover yourself and your palate in this unique experience.
Coupled with great food and amazing views, this whirling tour is truly a once in a lifetime experience that will set you on the right path to continue your wine journey at home. We will return you to the hotel by 4:30pm.
