Property policies:
- Foreign tourists who do not reside in the country and make a reservation will obtain a refund of 21% of the Value Added Tax (VAT). For foreign passengers, the benefit of VAT requires as a condition: 1. The tourist has not habitual residence in Argentina; 2. Not to stay in the country for a period over than 90 days; 3. Payment is made by credit card issued abroad. 4. At the check-in, a passport must be presented with a customs stamp (tourist stamp with a date less than 90 days in a row). In the case of foreign tourists from bordering countries, to be able to apply for the refund you must present your identity card and proof of migration at the hotel (date less than 90 days). For their part, the rest of the foreign tourists must present a copy of the stamped passport. A picture of the tourist's passports is mandatory to submit the invoice. If not presented in time, vat tax will be charged.
