Finca Verde Oliva Wine & Olive Estate · Est. 1890 is a historic working estate located in Coquimbito, Maipú, at the heart of Mendoza’s renowned Primera Zona wine region.

Its olive grove, planted in 1890, continues to bear fruit and is the source of the estate’s Arauco olive oil. Its vineyards also produce Vallesi Malbec. Surrounded by this productive landscape, twelve guest rooms blend harmoniously with 19th-century adobe structures and a 250-year-old aguaribay tree, officially recognized by the province as a Historic and Notable Tree.
